For those who suffer from adult acne 02

Hello! My name is Kigawa, and I work for Bi Natural and Milobina.

This is a continuation of the blog to help people who suffer from adult acne.

There are also things called blackheads and whiteheads, but more accurately they are comedones. It's only at the stage where the pores are clogged, but it hasn't yet progressed to inflammation like acne. It's a pre-acne stage.

It often remains in the form of a comedone, which does not become red and inflamed.

If you are worried about blackheads or whiteheads,Measures against “blackheads”I have written about it in detail, so please take a look.

So, I would like to continue talking about acne = inflammation, which is a really unpleasant condition.

The favorite food of acne bacteria is oil. As I introduced last time, when you take care of yourself by saying, ``Well, all you have to do is remove the oil!''

Even though they take good care of their skin, there are many cases where the acne progresses to adult acne, such as adult women who show no signs of getting better (though they think so).

This is the difference between whether you will walk forward with smooth, acne-free skin or whether you will walk down the thorny path of being a cosmetic gypsy.

At that crossroads, I ended up heading down a thorny path...

At that time, I was afraid of oil and avoided it. The beauty staff only uses products that "remove" the skin, such as lotions and scrubs. I used to use milky lotion, but I still prefer the refreshing type.

I once went to a dermatologist, but it was much worse, and they prescribed an alcohol lotion to dry the affected area. The logic is to apply it to areas where acne is forming and let it dry to cure it.

The doctor told me to only use soap for skin care until my acne healed, and since it was winter, I had to put up with my crisp skin.

I've been to the hospital several times, and I'm sure some of you have seen acne. It's like a super small spoon, and the scooping part is just the right size to pop the pimple. Using a device with a hole in it, the nurse squeezed it hard to drain the pus and crush it.

So, I was embarrassed on the way home~ I was cold and pale, and the places on my crisp face where I had been squeezed so tightly were bright red. He told the maiden that she should now get on the train and go home... (crying).

My skin has always been sensitive. Since the barrier function had been lost so much (healthy skin has a moisture veil that acts as a protective film), the result was... Naturally, the skin did not heal at all, and the skin became rough and even itchy. It happened... it was really bad!

I now know that not all dermatologists are like that, but as a girl, I firmly swore to myself that I would never go to a dermatologist for acne.

Later, when I got to know a dermatologist I trust, I realized what he said.

"As a dermatologist, you learn how to treat skin diseases, but you don't learn how to make your skin beautiful."

"!!!"

Oh my God! It's true that in medical school, you don't learn how to have beautiful skin, how to massage, how to wash your face well...

In that way, I took a long detour, but since I had such a painful experience, what is the truth? Now I think that experience was good.

Recently, there has been a lot of accurate information about the causes of acne, but there is still a strong impression that oil is the only cause, and because of this, Japanese people who drink plenty of water and like cleanliness end up washing their skin a lot. Put it away.

I'm even afraid of oil. I try my best to remove the oil with oil absorbing paper and keep it dry.

But all that effort is making your acne worse.

Other than that, I tried using a hot towel to get rid of the oil that was clogged in my pores, and tried applying face packs more often.

I understand, I understand! That feeling. When I look at his smooth skin, I wonder why I'm the only one... and when I meet him, I'm worried about acne and my smile is stiff...

Just acne, but acne!

Acne robs people of their happiness. Even if you are told not to worry about it, it is not easy to do so.

But what I want you to understand is that if your current skin care isn't improving your skin, you need to change your methods and way of thinking. I know that too. But I don't know what to do...

It feels like walking through a pitch-black tunnel. That's why I think skin problems are so serious.

Again, acne begins when pores become clogged. In order to prevent new acne from forming, it is important to keep your pores unblocked. The main cause of clogging pores is not oil, but dead skin. Necessary mistakes are not valued and pasted. The bad thing is unnecessary dead skin.

Oil can also clog pores, but the reason why they become so clogged is because sebum easily mixes with dead skin cells. It's not just the oil that's bad.

Look, you can picture it, right? Oil is liquid, but keratin is hard, so keratin is definitely easier to clog!

Next time, I would like to continue writing about the care to eradicate acne. We are planning to start with a good way to care for dead skin cells.

Thank you for reading to the end today!

see you.
