01-If you want to get rid of blackheads in your pores, first know your enemy

Hello! My name is Kigawa, and I work for Bi Natural and Milobina.

Today, I would like to talk a little bit about how to solve some of the most common skin concerns.

``I've never had acne, and I've never worried about blackheads in my pores.''

One thing that everyone has been concerned about, other than their skin, is blackheads in their pores.

To be more precise, blackheads mainly appear on the pores on the nose, but pores on the chin and between the eyebrows often become open and clogged.

As I've written about here and there, my ex-husband, whom I had been dating since college, used to say "strawberry, strawberry" to me, and of course I was at that age, so I was really worried about it, and if I didn't cover it up with foundation, I would be embarrassed to go out. I couldn't do it either,

Of course, I was trying to get rid of all the blackheads, trying various masks and doing my best, and it was amazing!

My daughter who is almost 20 years old has the same skin type. She has super beautiful skin with not a single pore visible on her cheeks, but her skin looks like a strawberry around her nose.

Unlike my ex-husband, her boyfriend isn't the type to say mean things and make fun of her, and he doesn't seem to notice the difference, so she's living happily there.

She seems to be concerned because she goes out with foundation only around her nose and when she comes back, it's all gone and stands out. Actually, I'm really curious too.

I thought he might get angry, but since I work in a profession like this, I was concerned that there were so many different skin types, and one night I said to him, ``Maybe the blackheads in my pores have increased?'' I was afraid to ask...

"I don't know what to do anymore!" he said.

Therefore, I explained to my daughter what blackheads are as follows. (Although he only listened to half of it)

・A problem before blackheads is that pores open up because there is a lot of oil in the skin. When oil content increases, the pores open further, making it easier for sebum to be secreted, creating a vicious cycle.

The area around your nose looks like an oil field. First, press it with a tissue over there.

Tip: Use tissue instead of oil-blotting paper.

Another thing to keep in mind is that if you don't have enough water and oil, your T-zone will produce more sebum, so don't forget to moisturize your skin.

I totally understand the desire to remove the sebum that is abundantly secreted like an oil field and recreate it with foundation, and I used to do this when I was younger.

From your skin's point of view, you'll think, "Huh? I'm completely naked!?" and you'll panic and secrete sebum to create a protective film. As a result, your makeup will come off faster and your pores will become more open.

Be careful with oil-blotting paper as it will remove all the fat and water!

Yes, as I've written before, your skin is something that protects your body from the outside world.

Sebum is also one of the protective tissues, so when it suddenly runs out, the body takes emergency action.

If you take your time to secrete sebum as usual, it will produce sebum with a good balance of oil and moisture, but since it is an emergency situation, you should try to protect yourself by producing as much oily sebum as possible. I'm going to try. (...It's a healthy behavior, but maybe it's a little annoying?)

That being said, it's not a good idea to leave your skin like an oil field alone; the best thing to do is to pat it down with a tissue.

It's enough to make my skin look glossy instead of shiny. Leave an appropriate amount of moisture.

That's why we advise you not to use oil-absorbing paper at Milobina. Many people are surprised when I tell them this, but when I actually try it, I find that using tissues makes it easier for makeup to fall off afterwards, and even though it's a simple thing, many people notice a difference.

Also, there are famous oil-absorbing papers, but if you use them too much, they can harden your skin and cause blackheads to appear in your pores, so it's better to use tissues in moderation than take that risk.

By the way, when we think of sebum, we tend to think of it as ``oil,'' but it is actually a wonderful natural moisturizing ingredient that is just the right mix of sebum and water. It also contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid, which are amazing beyond human comprehension as they have both oil-based and water-based properties.

It's such a wonderful ingredient, but as wonderful as it is, it's important to balance it. Remembering that it is so delicately balanced that it is easy to lose that balance may give you tips on how to take care of your skin in the future.

Well, the story has gone a bit off topic, but now it's finally time to tell you what blackheads are!

The true nature of blackheads in pores is...

Old dead skin + sebum is oxidized!

This may not be a particularly new story, but what is surprisingly little known is that the roots of these dark spots are extremely deep.

There is a high possibility that a single blackhead (keratin plug) has been sitting in your pores for years!

I just squeezed it out and it suddenly came off, but before I knew it, there was another blackhead (keratin plug) in the same pore! ! I think everyone has this experience.

So, next time I would like to talk a little more in-depth about blackheads.

So, thank you for reading to the end today!

see you.
