Hello! I am Kigawa, representative of Bi Natural Co., Ltd.
At Milobina, we place great importance on washing your face with bar soap. Today, I would like to think about how to wash your face to make it truly beautiful.
At Milobina, we provide advice on how to solve your skin problems, such as those who want to make their skin beautiful, those who are worried about rough skin, those who are worried about spots, wrinkles, pores, etc., and how to make it beautiful. We have always treated our customers with sincerity, thinking only of whether or not they would like us.
After accumulating such experience over a long period of time, I have learned that if you are having trouble with your skin, or if you are using Milobina's highly effective skin care products, but you are not able to resolve your concerns or get your skin as beautiful as you expected, I have developed a pattern for you. It has become clear that there is.
One of them is when your face is not washed in a way that makes your skin happy. This is a very serious problem, and after that, no matter how many effective skin care products you use, you won't be able to get clean, and you will become a cosmetic gypsy again and have a hard time...
That's really unfortunate!
However, if you fully understand and master the facial cleansing method that your skin requires, your skin will improve by a notch or two!
If you are concerned about your skin, please reconsider the way you wash your face.
Basic face wash rules
1) Wash your face twice a day, once in the morning after you wake up and once in the evening after spending the day.
2) Use bar soap. Facial cleansing foams and gels can irritate your skin.
3) Even if you are concerned about your pores, please do not use any type of cleansing product that is called deep cleansing.
4) Lather thoroughly and rinse thoroughly so that no cleaning ingredients remain.
5) Use a soft towel that will not irritate your skin as much as possible. Also, it does not contain fabric softeners or fragrances.
I have introduced 5 face washing rules, but I would like to briefly explain how and why each one is followed.
1) Wash your face twice a day, once in the morning after you wake up and once in the evening after spending the day.
Skin aging occurs when skin cells are damaged by exposure to the outside air and ultraviolet rays, and the damaged skin cells are not reborn as new cells.
In the first place, the skin is an armor that protects us, so it fulfills its job.
Oxidation is a major cause of skin damage and aging. Among them, the dirt on your skin is acidic. Over time, it becomes even more acidic and damages your skin.
The reason why you should wash your face properly with soap at night is because you want to remove the oxidized dirt that causes it.
I'm so tired that I just don't want to wash my face! I think that's the case. If it happens once in a while, it's not a big problem, but if it happens frequently, it will accelerate the aging of your skin, so you need to be careful.
And when it comes to washing your face in the morning, there are surprisingly many people who wash their face with just water or hot water without soap, but this is very dangerous.
This is because while you sleep, your metabolism is active and you are trying to shed old skin. Also, you know that we all sweat a lot. When you sweat, sebum is also secreted, and the skin you try to shed and the sebum oil oxidize.
The typical substances that promote oxidation are oxygen and ultraviolet rays. It is impossible to avoid UV rays not only from the sun, but also from fluorescent lights, computer and smartphone lights, and other sources in our daily lives. Of course, if you avoid oxygen, you will die, so you can't avoid it...
By coming into contact with such ultraviolet rays and oxygen, the sebum secreted during the night becomes more and more oxidized, damaging your skin and causing it to deteriorate! Furthermore, it can sink into your pores and cause blackheads.
In the morning, use bar soap to thoroughly remove excess sebum and dirt.
2) Use bar soap. Facial cleansing foams and gels can irritate your skin.
To put it simply, bar soap is the only facial cleanser that has sufficient cleaning power and is safe for your skin. It may not be a good idea to make such a strong statement, but there are two reasons.
[Reason 1]
Bar soap has sufficient cleaning power. The key here is that it is solid.
The skin has a structure that collects dirt more easily than we think. Look, just by imagining there are such fine textures all over the place, you can imagine how difficult it must be to cleanly remove the dirt that has gotten into the grooves of those textures every time, right?
So, if you don't use a product with proper cleansing power, dirt will remain and age your skin.
There are facial cleansing foams and body soaps, right? But that one is called potash soap, which has a weak cleaning agent. Please think of it as different from bar soap.
By the way, all soft soaps, including liquid and facial cleansing foam in tubes, are potash soaps.
To make soap, you need fats and oils and ingredients to saponify the fats and oils.To make solid soap, you need caustic soda (sodium hydroxide), and to make liquid soap, you need caustic potash (potassium hydroxide). use.
Both are made from fats and oils (coconut, olive oil, sesame oil, etc. are excellent as skin care soaps), but depending on whether this saponifying ingredient is sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, the shape of the finished soap alone will vary. There is also a difference in cleaning power.
As you probably already know, soap made with sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) is solid and has strong cleaning power.
Products made from sodium hydroxide (caustic potash) are easy to use in liquid form, but have weak cleaning power. That's why. Due to their weak cleaning power, they cannot be commercialized as is, so most products have synthetic surfactants added to them to increase their cleaning power.
You might think it's safe because it's soap, but the main ingredient that provides cleaning power is actually a synthetic surfactant. Personally, I cannot tolerate this, but it is common sense in the cosmetics industry today.
[Reason 2]
In addition, general facial cleansing foams and facial cleansing liquids that do not use potash soap mainly use synthetic surfactants because the raw materials are extremely cheap.
No matter how mild the ingredients are, synthetic surfactants can dissolve proteins and destroy the skin's barrier zone if used for a long time, and although they vary in strength and weakness depending on the type, they are always toxic.
I think many people don't know how scary it is because it easily invades the body and is not broken down, so it accumulates little by little. Because it does not decompose, anything that flows into rivers or the ocean returns to us through the food chain or destroys the natural world.
I can't forgive that!
Wow, I thought I'd give you a quick introduction, but the second part is so long...
More on that next time!
see you!
