Hello.
No foundation, Milobina, and Manager Nonko are always welcome.
September is drawing to a close,
There are still many hot days, aren't there?
But my skin is gradually moving towards autumn.
This is the third installment of our series on "Skincare to Prevent Summer Damage from Carrying into Autumn."
Regarding the moisturizing power of lotions.
Are you still using the same toner you used in the summer?
In line with your current skin condition,
Let's reconsider its moisturizing properties just a little.
Even just doing that can make a difference in how moisturized your skin is.
So, please stay with us until the end this time as well.
Autumn, the start of a change of season, is the time to re-evaluate your skincare routine.
The third installment of our summer damage care series is, of course, "moisturizing."
First and foremost, toner is essential.
In particular, check if they are using a generous amount.
That is because, "I use toner properly."
Even for those who think that way, the actual amount is often very small.
I recommend gently patting it into your skin several times until it feels slightly cool.
It's not a one-time thing,
Let it sit for a while, then gently press it in with your hands.
Once absorbed, gently press it into your skin again.
You repeat this several times.
Applying force or slapping it is absolutely forbidden.
Imagine you're delivering moisture to your skin with the palms of your hands.
Feeling the warmth of your palms, gently press.
It's okay when your skin feels a little cool.
That skin irritation, those skin problems, might be because you're using the same lotion as you did in the summer.
And there's one more thing I'd like you to reconsider from the end of summer through to autumn.
This is the "moisturizing power" of the toner I'm currently using.
Since it's still hot in September, it's easy to continue using the same lotion you used in the summer,
As temperatures and humidity begin to drop, the damage sustained during the summer starts to become apparent.
The toner that was perfect for summer is actually not quite moisturizing enough for my skin now.
"Lately, it feels like it's been drying out for some reason."
"It gets stiff in the evenings."
"Fine wrinkles are noticeable."
"My skin feels a little rough."
If you notice such changes, it's time to reconsider your toner!
It doesn't have to be a new toner.
So, if I feel like my current lotion isn't moisturizing enough, do I have to buy a new one right away?
No, not at all.
All you need to do is add a little bit of moisturizer to your regular toner.
Glycerin is a prime example of a moisturizer that is easy to use, gentle on the skin, and provides thorough hydration.
It is originally one of the natural moisturizing factors found in your own skin.
SuchGlycerinIt is a very simple moisturizing ingredient that has the property of retaining moisture.
For example, if you have 200ml of lotion, try adding about 1-2ml to it first.
Even with such a small amount, the same toner makes a huge difference in its moisturizing effect, making it suitable for use in autumn and winter.
If it still dries out, add another 1ml at a time to adjust.
If you add too much, your skin will become too moisturized, sticky, and uncomfortable, so you need to find the right amount for your current skin condition.
Mirobina'sGetto SpringIf you're using a 100% herbal water like this, use a little more glycerin in the fall than in the summer.
I use about 10ml of glycerin per 200ml of ginger lily water as a guideline.
If it gets even drier, I reduce the amount to about 12ml.
Change your toner for moisturized, radiant skin.
Even the same person's skin needs different levels of hydration in summer, autumn, and winter.
Because your skin is so precious, it's important to understand what it needs and what it dislikes.
I hope you'll take the time to observe it.
Instead of always using the same skincare routine, or using summer skincare products in the summer and winter skincare products in the winter,
Adjust the moisturizing power according to your skin's condition at that time.
This love is very important.
Autumn skin has just survived the summer.
Before the dry season really sets in, first of all...
"Is there enough?"
"Is the current level of moisturizing sufficient?"
Please be sure to check out these two.
It's not uncommon for your skin to improve dramatically simply by slightly increasing the moisturizing power of this lotion, rather than using oils or creams.
Next time, I'll talk about something I'm really into right now.
"10-Minute Sesame Oil Pack"
This is the story.
This is a skincare routine that I definitely want people who are concerned about roughness and dullness after the summer to know about.
