After finishing work at 4 o'clock, the mother buys ingredients for dinner and then goes to pick up her daughter, who is in extended daycare, from the kindergarten.
As much as possible, choose ingredients that do not use preservatives or artificial sweeteners. What I never buy is cut vegetables. It looks like something like shredded cabbage in a bag.
It's very convenient when you're busy, but first of all, it doesn't taste like proper vegetables. I think it's not good in terms of nutritional education either.
Since such cut vegetables are cut in advance, important nutritional components such as vitamin C and enzymes are leaked out, and because they are washed with disinfectants, there are concerns that they may have negative effects on the body. Masu.
I intuitively feel that children's allergies are not unrelated to the fact that they are constantly putting artificial chemical ingredients into their bodies, so I try to be as careful as possible about such things.
I think the more convenient something is, the more we need to stop and think about it.
And... we finally arrived home! Colds are all the rage in kindergarten! Cold bacteria can enter your home through the front door on clothes, so keep them at the front door.Antibacterial aroma sprayScrunchie at the entrance. My daughter is excited and exclaims, "It smells nice!"
Then, through the scent of the aroma spray, you go up to the house. This way, you can get rid of bacteria on your clothes while refreshing yourself with a nice scent. This is a fun method that my teacher taught me in an aromatherapy class I attended previously.
After that, wash your hands and gargle. Since my children are small, I can easily wash them with hand soap, but I don't use hand soap or body soap in this house.
Also, never use hand soap that has antibacterial properties.
All hand washing is done with pure soapis. Wash with lukewarm water by swirling the soap and creating lather.
This may be a little difficult for small children, but it also helps them practice using their hands. The hands and the brain are connected, so I believe that grasping the slippery soap with all your might is good for your child's growth.
Also, I don't use hand soaps or body soaps because they basically contain synthetic surfactants, which gradually dissolve the skin and break down the barrier zone. My sister's family, who use hand soap regularly, say that they suffer from rough hands, but I wonder if switching to soap will help with that problem.
Also, synthetic surfactants enter the body through the skin, reach deep into the body, and accumulate without being broken down, which is another concern.
Kindergartens also have hand soaps and soaps with antibacterial properties. I will never use this either.
To begin with, germs are very small and the skin is very thin, so the surfactant power of soap can easily destroy the cells. Therefore, there is no need to over-attack with fungicides.
Furthermore, artificial disinfectants can lead to the development of resistant bacteria and weaken the necessary bacteria living on your skin, so washing your hands with soap is sufficient. This mom knows very well that excessive antibacterial agents are bad. What's more, that water also flows into rivers and the ocean, potentially weakening important bacteria.
When soap is diluted, it doesn't become that bad, and its components quickly break down and return to nature.
Next, mom takes a bath. Clean your bathtub with a spray of baking soda and water. There are no bubbles or stickiness that is typical of detergents, so I sometimes wonder if it's really cleaning the product, but in fact, it actually cleans better than a bath detergent.
What's more, compared to bath detergents that require a lot of water to rinse thoroughly, I also like that it's not sticky, so I can rinse it off in no time. It's helpful to not have to spend time rinsing during these busy times.
Of course, synthetic surfactants are also used as cleaning ingredients in bath detergents. So I don't use it at this house.
Another good thing is that baking soda is completely harmless to your body and skin, so even if you don't rinse it enough, you won't have to worry about it. Moreover, it's very cheap! You can save water and money (lol)
This family also lacks common dish detergents in the kitchen. This is because soap is used to wash the dishes. Pure soap with strong cleaning power is resistant to oil stains, making it easy to clean your child's lunch box and removing stains right away! There is no problem even if you do not use kitchen detergents that use concentrated synthetic surfactants as advertised.
And when I wash my hands with soap, my hands don't get rough at all. When I used kitchen detergent before, it made my hands very rough.hand creamI used to use it indispensably, but now my hands don't get rough or dry, and I can't remember what it was like back then.
I even wash my hands normally with that soap before cooking. Soap and people seem to have a good affinity.
Also, when I have time, I use a special spatula to remove the dirt from the dishes first and then wash them. It does not pollute the water and avoids wasting water.
Now, daddy is back and we're all having dinner. But before that, take a refreshing bath!
Dad sometimes comes home late, but today he was able to get home early, so I asked him to take a bath with the child first.
The two of us100% natural soapI wash my body, face, and hair. My daughter has been washing her hair with soap since she was a baby, so even now when I wash her hair with soap, it doesn't get stiff. And she has very shiny and beautiful hair.
Dad also washes his child with soap instead of shampoo, which can damage the scalp and cause hair thinning and hair loss. Since my hair is short, it doesn't look stiff and doesn't seem to be a problem at all.
In the bath,Mineral bath liquid, magical bathAdd water to soften the water before entering. This will keep dad's skin, which tends to get dry and itchy, moisturized and in good condition.
This is my dad's favorite because it has a great warming effect, and if you take double the amount at the beginning of a cold, you'll feel better right away. I have sensitive skin, so if my skin contains synthetic fragrances or other ingredients, I get itchy easily, but this magical bath with simple ingredients seems to be fine.
After getting out of the bath, drying my hair, and feeling refreshed, I had a nice dinner. We turn off the TV and eat together while talking.
Time spent eating together is precious time. It will give you vitality for tomorrow. After this, dad cleaned up dinner using soap while mom took a relaxing bath. This family's method is to dry dishes naturally without wiping them.
And that's it for today. Next up is a live broadcast of mom's bath time!
Thank you for reading to the end today!
see you.
