Hello! My name is Kigawa and I am the representative of Milobina and Bi Natural.
By the way, do you know the word "green thumb"? The literal translation is "green thumb," but if you google it,
``In English, it refers to a master gardener.'' In other words, a person who is very good at growing plants! That's what it means.
My father, who is no longer with us, was a true green thumb, and his family home was always full of plants.
When I think back to my parents' living room, there were always 3 to 5 pots of flowers by the window. Two houseplants in the bay window, two houseplants on the kitchen counter, and vegetable and flower seeds soaked in water and waiting to germinate!
The garden was a normal size, but when I remembered it again, it was full of plants. The persimmon trees, grape vines, and plum trees all produce good harvests every year, and there are also a few peonies or peonies, rosemary, cosmos, and roses all around the garden. I had it surrounded, so there were probably about 10 to 14 plants. And at the entrance there is a southern sky and a crape myrtle tree.
Ah, that's right, I like Safinia, so I made a lot of seedlings from seeds, and I grew them in containers on my balcony twice, and when I looked at them from the outside, I could see them full of flowers.
He still has some leftover, so he often brings it to my house. Well, the flowers are blooming one after another, making the house look gorgeous, and it's really wonderful.
Moreover, he had built a greenhouse in his garden and was growing dozens of cute orchids. I used to do things like stock splitting. At some point, I bought about 10 logs of shiitake mushrooms and started growing them in large quantities. That was also a huge success! It was delicious~♪
What's more, the small amount of soil under the wall surrounding the garden is filled with moss phlox! My father used to work for a company called Kyodo Dairy and was the president of Shinshu Milk Land, so I lived in Nagano, and there were a lot of moss phlox planted in Nagano Prefecture, and I was impressed by their beauty. That's why I wanted to do it at my own house.Nori-chan often said, ``That was really beautiful.''
As if that wasn't enough, I rented a field nearby and grew vegetables all year round. There were always tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers, radishes, Chinese cabbage, spinach, mustard greens, and green onions. It's just as good as the one sold at the store.
Oh, that's right, I grew a lot of watermelons and strawberries in a vacant lot, and once I gathered the neighborhood kids together to have watermelon splitting and strawberry picking. As for watermelons, they made high-quality black watermelons every year and were proud of them. That’s true, it’s delicious!
My mother is a conscientious person, but she doesn't seem to be particularly interested in plants, so my father took care of them all by himself. However, it didn't seem like it was difficult at all, and she didn't ask her mother or us to help her, so she took care of her naturally and raised her. Even in the summer, when I watered the plants, I came home late and brushed my teeth, feeling comfortable and doing it naturally.
And even when I think back on it now, I don't remember most of the plants my father made mistakes and killed! No, it's okay if there's a little bit...Hmm, I wonder if something happened...
I think there were some, but I can't think of any.
Sorry for taking so long! Actually, there's more, but I've already used 1000 characters for this, so I'll get to the main topic for now (lol)
When my father took a personality and ability test, the answer came out as ``promoting growth.'' What's amazing about this is that it applies not only to humans, but also to plants. His characteristic is that he observes things carefully and responds accordingly.
Although I wasn't very studious, I think I had a strong desire to observe things carefully, ask questions, and solve them in my own way.
Plus, he has a caring and caring personality. Even in the short time you spend at home, you can stand up while watching TV and spray the leaves, water the plant, empty the water that has collected in the dish, and repot or divide the plant as it grows. Or. It's not a hardship for me; I sense that the plants are requesting me to do so, and I naturally respond to them.
In other words, he was the kind of person who effortlessly took care of plants according to the laws of nature and the situation.
I think the same goes for your skin. Today, I'm going to take a closer look at what kind of care I should do, what it needs right now, and then I'm going to try something that I thought would work. And carefully observe the results. Then, you can find out whether it was right or wrong, and you can correct the course before it becomes a big problem.
In other words, the important thing is to carefully observe the results!
I like skin care theory and this kind of care, including what I write! There is really a huge amount of information out there. There is a lot of information out there about nutrition and foods that are good for your body and skin, and I sometimes get confused as to which ones are ``best.''
Of course, some of this information is really useful, but there is also a lot of information that is just theoretical. What is important is the result, not the logic. When you try the theory that the nutrients contained in certain foods should be good for your skin, it often turns out that it has no effect.
The human body is complex, and it is difficult to achieve results using logic alone.
So, again, observation is important. As a result, the secret to success is to judge for yourself whether it is good or not! it might be? To do this, try something that strikes your fancy, then look closely in the mirror to see if it's a failure or not.
Amidst the overwhelming amount of information we are bombarded with, we seem to be swayed by the information, forgetting to examine it with our own minds and senses.
As I have been working in skin care for many years, I sometimes get asked questions.
"How much should I apply?" I totally understand how it feels to ask that question. However, I often reply, ``Please use the amount that satisfies you.'' This is because I want you to pay attention to your own skin.
Well, if I say that too brazenly, some people might find it unpleasant, so I think the staff could have communicated it better.
In my opinion, this is because we don't have the habit of listening to our own skin, and we have become accustomed to following online information or manuals set by other people. A condition that is not green thumb for your skin. Even though it's about your own skin, you're not paying close attention to it.
Actually, I was that person. I have been having constant breakouts for a long time, and my skin is always rough and itchy. The blackheads in my pores are severe, and my face always feels swollen. I've always been fair-skinned, but without foundation, I get too dull and embarrassed to go out...
At that time, I went to a dermatologist for help (which only made things worse), read magazines, and frantically consulted the beauty staff at the department store. (Of course, it got worse and worse.) Rather than listening to my skin, I felt like I was only looking outward because I wanted to somehow change my current condition.
It's like when your skin is hard and rough, but you don't realize it's dry, and you wash it all the time, thinking it's dirt.
That's right, I strictly adhered to the amount of cosmetics I used as written on the package, such as ``2 pearls''...!
Now that I'm working with nature, I think I've learned that it's better to adapt to nature using my own sensibilities rather than trying to control it.
Gradually, I feel like I'm starting to be able to ask my skin what I want it to do, just like my father did with plants. Your skin changes every day, and by resolving any blemishes or imperfections that day, as much as possible on the same day, you will be able to take care of aging and beautify your skin in the long run, and it is now believed that this is the best skin care. I started thinking.
However, it requires some basic knowledge. They say that your skin needs water, that you shouldn't rub it, and that water only gets into the stratum corneum.
At Milobina, we plan to continue writing on our blog so that such knowledge can be acquired naturally.
By the way, I love plants too! It's not as good as my father's, but it's more exciting to buy seedlings and plant them in the garden than cut flowers!
I also have a beautiful sister who is three years younger than me. However, it turned out to be a terrible brown thumb that you couldn't imagine from that beautiful face!
First of all, it is so strong that even cherry tomatoes, which are hardy and super easy to grow, can wither away in no time. (My child brought home a cherry tomato from elementary school. I wonder why, even though I watered it. As an older sister, I think I probably didn't give it the necessary amount.)
So, thank you for reading to the end today!
see you!
