Why I want people to know about the Beauty Sesame series-4

Hello! My name is Kigawa, and I work for Bi Natural and Milobina.

This time, I would like you to know about the Beauty Sesame series.

This is the 4th time.

last timeSesame oil is the main oil used in Ayurveda, one of the world's three major traditional medicines.

It has a high detox effect and is useful for both our beauty and health. I talked about this.

This time, I would like to ask you if you can use sesame oil that you already have in your kitchen. I think I'd like to talk about something.

In addition to its anti-aging and detox effects, sesame oil has the ability to help your skin regenerate, or in other words, aid in its metabolism.

Last time, I talked about the effect of healing wounds quickly, and what I mean by that is the effect of promoting cell growth and metabolism (turnover).

``If you apply this, the wound will close quickly,'' or ``The wound will become less noticeable quickly.''

There are many plant materials in the world that have been said for a long time, and sesame oil is one of them.

Sesame seeds are rich in nutrients such as amino acids, minerals, and various vitamins except vitamin C, which are necessary for creating new cells. (Vitamin C is water-soluble and cannot be dissolved in oil.)

Sesame seeds are truly a complete food, containing all the nutrients humans need, including vitamin C, and with a well-balanced amount of each nutrient.

When you apply sesame oil pressed from sesame seeds, your skin naturally regenerates faster.

The reason why sesame oil is good for stains is because it improves this metabolism. It's not just the antioxidant effect.

New skin cells are pushed up from below, and skin cells from which melanin has been extracted are pushed out and peeled off, returning the white skin to its original state. If this function is carried out normally and quickly, melanin will not settle even after birth and will prevent age spots.

One of the causes of age spots is that cells containing melanin, which were originally supposed to fall off, take a detour or get caught on the way, and are no longer able to rise to the surface of the skin, resulting in deposits. About.

In order to restore the skin to normal conditions, a considerable amount of power and nutritional ingredients are required.

First, the sesame oil in the kitchen is roasted. That fragrant scent is not only the original scent of sesame, but also the roasted scent. It looks really delicious.

However, this roasting process destroys some of the nutrients in the sesame seeds, and the high temperatures may also cause oxidation.

Oxidizing substances are not allowed on your skin. It accelerates aging and causes age spots.

Also, unless it's organic, it's made from sesame seeds that have been treated with pesticides, so they don't contain enough ingredients to be effective for skin care.

So, please use edible sesame oil not for skin care, but to make food delicious.

The word pesticide has come up, but if you want the oil you use on your skin to have more than just moisturizing effects, it must be organically grown.

In other words, no pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

The minerals and vitamins contained in agricultural products are produced by microorganisms that live in the soil. When pesticides and chemical fertilizers are used, the microorganisms are weakened, so even though vegetables look great, they actually contain less than half the nutrients of organic vegetables.

Pesticides are also chemical components that are likely to cause allergies, and even the slightest amount of oil that may remain can be dangerous for organs that don't have digestive or cleansing systems, such as your skin.

I have to tell you something about allergies.

Sesame oil is wonderful, but if you have a sesame allergy, unfortunately you cannot use this oil.

Occasionally, some people experience a severe reaction, but in such cases, they may not be aware that they have a sesame allergy, and it may be an allergic reaction rather than a positive reaction.

Allergies can be mild or severe enough to cause anaphylactic shock in some people. If you have a mild allergy to sesame and didn't realize you had it before, using it on your face can cause severe irritation.

Sesame is an ingredient that surprisingly many people are allergic to. If you have allergies, please be careful when using sesame oil for skin care.

Since the word pesticide came up, I would like to talk about preservatives as well.

In fact, sesame oil is classified as a perishable oil, meaning it is easily oxidized. However, because it contains many antioxidant ingredients, including sesamin, it can be stored without being oxidized.

However, sesame oil often contains water, which can cause mold. To prevent this, we perform a process called curing, which kills mold bacteria beforehand.

This is a method of sterilizing sesame oil by heating it to around 60℃ to 100℃ for a while. By doing this, mold bacteria will be killed and the shelf life will be greatly improved.

In addition, as a by-product, a component called sesamol, which is a type of sesame lignan, has as high an antioxidant power as sesamin.

Therefore, almost all sesame oil used in skin care and Ayurveda is cured, sterilized, and produces sesamol.

This may seem like a lot of good things, but there is actually a big pitfall here.

By heating this oil, all components that are sensitive to heat are destroyed. Naturally, as the amount of ingredients decreases, the effectiveness also decreases.

Furthermore, unfortunately, as the balance of component amounts changes, the interactions that were previously produced by trace components influencing each other are reduced.

Living things are perfect beings. All of the ingredients, including their own ultra-trace ingredients, interact in countless combinations and, in some cases, have the effect of eliminating toxicity.

It is said that it is the precision and number of patterns that we will never be able to elucidate.

Therefore, even a small change in the amount of an ingredient often has a significant effect on its effectiveness.

As a result, if that happens, the satisfying and satisfying skin care effects, and the wonderful effects that I have written about in the past, will only be able to be demonstrated to a certain degree.

When you look at it this way, you start to think that it is actually impossible, or even impossible, to demonstrate the super power that sesame seeds have.

As for organic cultivation, it should work out somehow, but if you don't cure it, the presence of mold and bacteria is actually a big problem.

Even if it is said to be cold-pressed, it still does not contain enough ingredients because it undergoes this curing process.

A little bit about cold pressing here.

When pressing oil, you can squeeze out a lot of oil by applying heat. Also, fruits such as camellias that are hard and difficult to squeeze can be extracted more efficiently at high temperatures.

However, if you have read this far, you probably know that applying heat destroys the ingredients and increases the possibility that oxidation will occur due to heat.

Cold press is a method of squeezing that does not involve applying heat.

However, when we apply pressure to squeeze out the sesame seeds (for sesame seeds, we squeeze them using the method used to squeeze sesame seeds), which actually generates quite a lot of frictional heat, which ends up destroying the ingredients. .

In Japanese, it is called cold pressing. So, the difficult part is that just because it's cold pressed or low temperature pressed doesn't mean it's okay.

I am trying my best to overcome this problem...

And more on that next time.

Thank you very much for reading till the end today!
