Why I want people to know about the Beauty Sesame series -2

Hello! My name is Kigawa, and I work for Bi Natural and Milobina.

last time,I talked about how I came across Milobina's current mainstay, the Beauty Sesame series, and why I decided to sell it, along with some of my own moving stories.

I have been running a natural skin care shop for the past 16 years, but I have yet to come across any skin care that is more effective than the Beauty Sesame series.

Today, why is sesame used for skin care?

I would like to talk about something like this.

As a side note, sesame is called sesame in English. This is often misspelled.

I want to write sesami, but sesame is the correct answer.

Sesame seeds are deeply involved in our diet, and are easier to digest when ground into ground sesame seeds, and the aromatic aroma of sesame oil whets the appetite.

It is no exaggeration to say that it is a representative health food. In other words, when you think of sesame, you have a big image of food, and the soup stock is strong!

When you think of using sesame oil for skin care, you imagine the aromatic scent wafting from your face. I love walking outside with the smell of food...

If you think so, I'm not the only one!

First of all, I think there are very few people who hear sesame oil and think, "Wow, it looks like it's going to make your skin beautiful."

In other words, we started selling it as a skin care oil, but at the time, Japanese people were trying to use it to get beautiful! There were only a very few people who were willing to take on the challenge.

To be frank, for many years before we met, manufacturers had been working very hard, but it had hardly caught on.

Basically, I'm a weirdo. It doesn't really matter what the world thinks. Good things are good, and I want to sell what I want to sell! It's a mass of enthusiasm...

I now believe that it was in Sri Lanka that the passion for manufacturing and the desire to sell met.

As you know, sesame seeds are a valuable and highly beneficial food that is rich in nutrients.

Suntory's supplement, which focused on sesamin, a component of sesame seeds that has a strong antioxidant effect, was a big hit, but sesame seeds are not just a nutritious food; It has amazing functions such as activating cells.

We all get old, but one reason is that the cells in our bodies gradually oxidize and become damaged, making them unable to work actively. As a result, we can't get rid of fatigue and our physical strength and appearance decline. That's why.

We cannot live without oxygen, so oxidation is unavoidable, but it is possible to slow it down by using foods and care products with high antioxidant power.

So why are the antioxidant ingredients and other ingredients found in plants effective for us and animals?
Have you ever thought like that?

In fact, if we consider the evolution of life since the beginning of life, we originally evolved from plants. At some point during its evolution, it was a plant itself. This system remains in our DNA.

Therefore, the antioxidant properties of plants can also be effective for our bodies and skin. (Not all plant antioxidant ingredients are effective enough for humans. They are compatible.)

Now, back to the topic of sesame seeds, many high-quality sesame seeds are grown in hot environments with strong UV rays, and sesame seeds grown in harsh environments with strong UV rays also contain a higher amount of the antioxidant sesamin. Masu.

Looking at the world's sesame production areas, most of the sesame production comes from China, but half of the sesame production also comes from countries near the equator, such as Africa, India, and Sri Lanka.

This is also the case with Milobina's Okinawan Moon Peach series, and I have written about it several times on this blog, but under the scorching sun, cells are normally damaged by the strong energy of ultraviolet rays, which destroys their DNA. It will be done.

If our skin stays in such a place for a long time, it will turn bright red and get burned.

However, even under the scorching heat, the moon peaches and sesame seeds continue to grow with great energy, with calm faces and no burns.

How is it possible to keep a calm face even in such a harsh environment? ? When I asked Getto-san and Sesame-kun,

"Because we make lots and lots of antioxidants ourselves, so even if we're exposed to ultraviolet rays, our cells won't oxidize and get damaged."

The reply.

"Huh? What does that mean? Tell me in detail!"

When I asked,

``You see, when exposed to strong oxidative energy such as ultraviolet light, a phenomenon called free radicals normally occurs within cells.

Those free radicals are on a rampage. It destroys our cells for no reason. When this happens, your body may turn red or develop a fever due to an immune reaction.

It can cause cancer, so it's quite a troublesome thing.

In addition, the body cannot ignore damaged cells, so in order to repair them, it uses ingredients that were originally prepared to create new cells and metabolize them, so rebirth is delayed and old skin is replaced. It's not like it's going to last forever, but it also means that your skin will age faster.

However, if we add antioxidant ingredients such as sesamin, sesamol, vitamin E, and polyphenols, even if ultraviolet rays enter the cells and try to oxidize them, they will nullify them.

As a result, the generation of free radicals is suppressed, so even if we are exposed to ultraviolet rays, it will not be damaged and will remain beautiful. ”

I see! Here's the reply.

Free radicals···.

Although free radicals have the advantage of killing viruses and other viruses, they can be too aggressive and accelerate aging and cause disease, so it is important to keep them in moderation.

It often occurs when you are stressed, lack sleep, lack nutrition, and are exposed to ultraviolet rays.

In a society like now where we are affected by the coronavirus, stocks are down, the economy is so bad, etc., our cells are easily oxidized due to worry, so please be careful. Anyway, if you laugh even if you force it a little, your immune system will improve, so give it a try.

By the way, excessive exercise also absorbs a lot of oxygen, which oxidizes cells and accelerates aging. We recommend that you take it in moderation or take supplements with antioxidant properties before and after exercise.

It is common for men who run long distance marathons every day to have a good figure and a toned body that makes them look youthful and desirable, but if you look closely at their faces, they tend to sag compared to people of the same age. That's right. This may be just my wishful thinking, but...

In this way, taking anti-oxidant measures for your skin is very, very important and effective.

Sesame seeds are rich in antioxidants, including sesame-specific antioxidants called sesame greenans such as sesamin and sesamol, and vitamin E. Therefore, it is effective in maintaining the youthfulness of your skin.

Now that it's March, the sun is getting stronger day by day and I'm feeling excited, but at this time of year when the weak UV rays of winter suddenly become stronger, it's easy to accidentally expose yourself to a large amount of UV rays.

However, when I experimented with Milobina's sesame oil, I found that if I used it for three weeks straight, it could suppress the generation of free radicals even when exposed to ultraviolet rays.

Free radicals are also caused by women all over the world who are exposed to ultraviolet rays and when melanin, which is created to protect the skin, finishes its role and tries to leave, it somehow pulls its hand and tries to stop it. He does unnecessary things that are likely to get booed.

As a result, melanin settles and pigmentation occurs, resulting in the appearance of dark spots.

Milobina's sesame oil can cut off the free radicals that grab melanin, and as a result, it is effective against stains!

Well, it's been quite a while.
More to come laternext time!

Thank you very much for today as well until the end (*'▽')/
