Hello.
No foundation, Milobina, and Manager Nonko are always welcome.
In the last newsletter, I explained that sunscreen alone is insufficient for protecting against spring UV rays, and that it's important to take care of your skin.
Today, I'd like to talk about sesame oil, which helps to condition your skin and make it more resistant to UV rays.
Using the power of plants to protect against UV rays
There are many "newly developed skin-beautifying ingredients" out there, but actually, you don't need to develop such new ingredients.
I hope you'll be aware that there's a way to utilize the power of the amazing compounds that plants, exposed to ultraviolet rays all day long and unable to escape rain or storms, produce to protect themselves.
Humans, being a part of nature, have a good affinity and compatibility with plants.
When applied to the skin, it dissolves into sebum far more effectively than synthetic ingredients, allowing it to exert its effects more efficiently.
Herbs that thrive in intense UV light are particularly well-suited for protection against ultraviolet rays.
Mirobina, which I have visited three times, is home to plants that thrive and grow beautifully even under the intense ultraviolet rays of the Sri Lankan savanna. One area of focus for protection against UV rays is the antioxidant power of plants.
What I'd like to introduce to you today is
Organic white sesame seeds.
At Mirobina, we recommend using sesame seed oil, which has high antioxidant properties, by carefully pressing it at ultra-low temperatures of 15°C or below so as not to destroy its components and to allow you to obtain enzymes intact, for protection against UV rays.
Sesame oil contains the highest level of antioxidants in the plant kingdom.
I'm sure you all know that sesame seeds are good for your health,
This is mainly because it is rich in sesame lignans such as sesamin and sesamol, which are among the highest levels of antioxidants in the plant kingdom.
Furthermore, sesame oil is rich in vitamin E, making it a veritable treasure trove of antioxidants.
Preventing this "oxidation" is crucial when it comes to protecting yourself from UV rays.
Skin aging, including age spots, is largely caused by the oxidation of skin cells.
And it is precisely ultraviolet rays that cause skin oxidation. The skin damage caused by ultraviolet rays is, in other words, caused by oxidation due to ultraviolet rays.
Sesame oil for UV protection: Why continue using it for 3 weeks and how to use it
When using sesame oil for UV protection, the method of use and the duration of use are very important.
It is rich in antioxidants, which are among the highest levels in the plant kingdom.
Sesame oil is
Surprisingly,
Experiments have confirmed that using sesame oil morning and night for about three weeks can help reduce skin oxidation caused by UV exposure.
After toning your skin with lotion and serum, simply apply a tiny amount of sesame oil.
By continuing this simple skincare routine, you can create skin that is more resistant to UV damage.
However, there aren't many sesame oils that contain enough nutrients to perform these functions.
Choose a high-quality sesame oil specifically for skincare and cultivate skin that is resistant to UV rays.
I'm sure you'll have an experience that's different from your usual springs and summers.
