For those who suffer from adult acne 03

Hello! My name is Kigawa, and I work for Bi Natural and Milobina.

This time, this is a continuation of the trouble-relief blog for those who suffer from adult acne!

Last time, I talked about the problem of acne, which feels like walking through a pitch-black tunnel. Skin problems are so serious that they rob us of our happiness.

And acne begins when pores become clogged. Therefore, in order to prevent new acne from forming, it is important to keep your pores unblocked! It is very important to take care of your skin by keeping in mind that the main cause of clogging pores is not oil, but dead skin cells...

I wrote something like this.

Today, I would like to explain about exfoliation care as clearly as possible.

First of all, the role of keratin is very important for the beauty of your skin.

``Smooth skin~♪'' means that no old, unnecessary dead skin cells remain on the skin surface, and new dead skin cells cover the skin beautifully.

New dead skin can retain moisture and is uniformly shaped and arranged in an orderly manner. Therefore, when you touch it, it feels smooth and there is no place to get caught.

Also, the fact that it contains plenty of moisture equals high transparency. For example, think of jelly.

As you know, jelly is made by mixing gelatin with water such as juice and cooling it to solidify. Because it contains plenty of water, it has a jiggly and translucent appearance.

So, what about when it's just gelatin without water? There's no jiggling, and there's no sense of transparency. On the other hand, wrinkles and stiffness can't be called beautiful.

What's more, jelly is elastic and doesn't get damaged even when you press it a little, but there are sheets of gelatin that will crack and get damaged if you press them lightly.

In other words, even the strength changes greatly depending on whether it is moist or not.

In other words, it is helpful to know that exfoliating the skin's surface is extremely important in order to have beautiful and strong skin.

However, it is no good to apply scrubs every day or apply face packs frequently in an attempt to completely remove unnecessary dead skin cells.

Skin is something that protects the body from the outside. If your skin continues to be exposed to strong stimulation from scrubs or packs, or if a lot of dead skin cells are suddenly removed, your skin will think that it is defenseless and thicken the dead skin cells, which will have the opposite effect.

Also, if you apply a scrub to your skin that is inflamed due to acne, you will only be damaging the areas that are weakened by the inflammation in the first place. It is best to stop using scrubs if you have red pimples, as this will further spread the inflammation.

Packing is also dangerous if you overdo it. Covering your skin puts a strain on your skin. There is a possibility that your weakened skin will become even weaker.

In particular, the peel-off type is one that I really want to avoid.

As a Milobina, I do not approve of the strong stimulation and forceful removal of dead skin cells. Natural methods are ideal, and lotion packs and clay packs are recommended for all types of skin as they are less invasive.

Also, the reason why many people who have developed adult acne and are unable to get rid of it is probably because they research and take care of it very hard, and end up doing too much for their skin. think.

But...from our perspective, it feels like unnecessary care to thicken the dead skin even after removing it, but the skin protects our bodies so meticulously and wholeheartedly. When you think about it, don't you get a little fond of it? (lol)

So, in order to safely remove unnecessary dead skin cells and make your skin smooth, first of all, it may seem persistent, but you have to hurry, so first of all, make sure that your skin is in a state where it is easy to remove dead skin cells, that is, in a soft and moist state. Let's fix it.

We tend to try to make our wishes come true with excessive care, but the most important thing when it comes to skin care is to carefully observe your skin and understand skin theory and logic.

Skin conditions change and differ from person to person. And if you adjust your skin care method just a little to suit the occasion, it will be easier to keep your skin in a comfortable condition at all times.

To do this, get into the habit of thinking about how the skin care products you are planning to use will work on your current skin condition, and what kind of effects it may have on your skin in addition to its effectiveness. I think there are fewer failures, and if you do, it's easier to go back.

So, if your skin has a lot of dead skin and is not smooth, why do you think that is?

Yes, as you may have already guessed, this is because the surface of your skin is dry and hard. You may not be washing your face enough, but if your face is moisturized and has a soft stratum corneum, the dead skin will fall off naturally without having to be careful about washing your face.

I think children can understand the smooth surface of their skin even if they don't particularly care about skin care.

Oil is actually effective in softening hardened skin. Although it has an emollient effect, it is difficult to soften and maintain hardened skin with just water.

It's a bit of an analogy, but leather shoes and leather products.

When you add moisture, it becomes soft and fluffy temporarily, but it is not smooth and dries quickly. When you nourish your skin with oil, it becomes soft and supple from the core, and its luster and shine change. This is the emollient effect.

Your skin is also the same "skin", so the logic is the same. However, since the skin is alive, it can replenish its own sebum to some extent, so it won't be as dry.

So, in order to soften the dead skin, I would like to suggest that you first increase your oil-based care.

However, some care must be taken in selecting the oil content.

A smooth oil that is resistant to oxidation and does not clog pores. Ideally, it should also have moisturizing properties.

Sesame oil, jojoba oil, and argan oil are safe.

Add these organic skin care oils and creams to your morning and evening care. If you are using emulsion, it is not enough to provide enough oil, so add oil or cream, check whether your skin remains soft during the day, and try changing the amount and number of times you apply it. Please.

Of course, without any moisture, oil alone won't soften your skin. Also make sure to stay hydrated at that time. As a result, both oil and moisture loosen and soften hardened dead skin cells, making them easier to peel off.

If you want to be a little more proactive, we also recommend using an oil pack or cream pack to moisturize your skin all at once.

In particular, while taking a bath, apply a generous amount of oil or cream on your face and leave it on for at least 10 minutes. If you have time, cover the last minute with a hot towel.

Also, if it's too hot, of course you don't need a hot towel.

If possible, do this every night for faster results. In that case, do not use hot towels every day, but
Please limit it to once every three times.

Also, if you do hot toweling, please only do it for 1 minute. This is because the very excellent and valuable moisturizing ingredients called important natural moisturizing factors that originally remained in your skin will melt away, causing dryness to progress.

Therefore, increase absorption by adjusting the temperature so that it spreads slowly over your skin, opening your pores and promoting blood circulation. If done correctly, your skin will become moist and supple.

Also, be careful not to use a hot towel for too long as it will also strip away natural moisturizing factors, making your skin even rougher.

This method can be used before or after washing your face. I think it's best to try it yourself and see which one makes your skin softer and whichever one you feel is more effective.

By the way, if you do it before washing your face, it will still feel slimy even after washing your face.

Washing twice with soap will make your skin feel refreshed, but please be patient and finish with one wash, then moisturize as usual after you get out of the bath.

Also, let's compare whether your skin feels better the next morning when you wash it twice or once.

After you get out of the bath, moisturize your skin with a moisturizing lotion, apply plenty of oil or cream, and take a good night's rest.

It is also a good idea to add a serum between your lotion and oil care. The dead skin becomes softer and easier to remove.

Wow, I didn't expect it to last this long just by exfoliating. Scary horny!

So, lastly, I would like to talk about ways to calm the inflammation of acne that has formed.

Thank you for reading to the end today!

see you.
