Hello! My name is Milobina (Beautiful Natural) Kigawa.
At Milobina, we place great importance on washing your face with bar soap. Today, I would like to think about how to wash your face to make it truly beautiful.
So, today is the third part.
To be honest, I didn't expect it to be this long, but as I continued to write it, more and more things I wanted to talk about came to mind, and it ended up like this (*^.^*)
Well, I'm aware that I'm talkative, but I think that this personality comes out here as well, and in a sense, I'm writing this while marveling at how talkative I am.
Without further ado, the theme of the last few articles is "How to wash your face to make it look beautiful."
It's not just information I bought from somewhere, but I'm writing based on my own failures and successes. Of course, since then, we have taken into account the skin conditions of other customers as well.
I hope that you, too, will continue reading this book, master a satisfying facial cleansing method, and have smooth, smooth skin that you'll be happy with!
Now, for the first time,
1) Wash your face twice a day, once in the morning after you wake up and once in the evening after spending the day.
2) Use bar soap. Facial cleansing foams and gels can irritate your skin.
3) Even if you are concerned about your pores, please do not use any type of cleansing product that is called deep cleansing.
4) Lather thoroughly and rinse thoroughly so that no cleaning ingredients remain.
5) Use a soft towel that will not irritate your skin as much as possible. Also, it does not contain fabric softeners or fragrances.
We will introduce five of them, among them:
1) Wash your face twice a day, once in the morning after you wake up and once in the evening after spending the day.
and,
2) Use bar soap. Facial cleansing foams and gels can irritate your skin.
3) Even if you are concerned about your pores, please do not use any type of cleansing product that is called deep cleansing.
I have explained everything in detail.
This time,
4) Lather thoroughly and rinse thoroughly so that no cleaning ingredients remain.
5) Use a soft towel that will not irritate your skin as much as possible. Also, it does not contain fabric softeners or fragrances.
I would like to explain to you.
About soap bubbles
Often, a famous hairdresser on TV etc.
"The most important thing when washing your face is to lather it well."
That's what you're saying, but personally, it's a delicate story that I find difficult to accept.
As I wrote in 1) and 2), I have been using chemical cosmetics for a long time without any doubts, and I am also a relatively honorable student type.
If a beauty staff member told me that this was the correct way to wash my face, or if I saw something written about it in a magazine, I would eagerly do it.
So, I applied the appropriate amount as written on the back of the tube, used a foaming net to create the ideal lather, and washed my face gently and carefully.
Poor me, my skin was always dull and rough, and my pores were open and I was suffering from blackheads that looked like strawberries! I didn't use cheap cosmetics, I chose high-quality ones with good reviews (I was worried about this, and I spent a lot of money on it).
The point here is that washing your face is important! That's what I've been told, so I'm being polite, but washing my face actually made my skin look better! At that time, I had no such experience or feeling. The fact is that I was working hard just out of a sense of duty.
But now I want to say it vicariously!
It is different. You can change your skin by washing your face, and it can become dramatically beautiful!
The important thing when washing your face is not to create good lather;
Use good soap! That's all.
No matter how much you are able to create the ideal foam, if the facial cleanser you use does not cleanse your skin, your skin will never be clean.
However, it is important to use good soap wisely. In doing so, it is important to know how to do something, but what is even more important is to understand why that way is better.
By doing so, you will naturally know how to cut corners when you are busy and what you should be careful about when actually washing your face, and you will be able to wash your face appropriately even in different environments and skin conditions every day. is.
First of all, what you need to know is that it's not the foam that removes dirt.
What removes dirt is soap solution and soap ingredients.
...It seems obvious, but there are surprisingly many people who don't understand it, so I decided to write about it.
I've been running a shop on Rakuten Market for a long time, but sometimes I write reviews about soaps (if you search for ``Beautiful Natural'', it will come up right away♪).
Every time I hear happy comments like, ``It lathers well with just a small amount, so it lasts a long time.''
I get worried and think, ``Oh, maybe this person's skin isn't really looking good...''
You already understand.
Foam containing only a small amount of soap ingredients = little cleaning power!
Even though you are using a good soap, there is a high possibility that it is not washing your skin to the point where it is beautiful and clear because you are using only a small amount... Oh, what a shame!
However, that is not to say that there is no point in creating bubbles. After all, foaming is important.
When it comes to the role of foam, what Milobina considers most important is its cushioning properties. Your skin is very sensitive to irritation from rubbing, so if you rest your chin on your chin or have a habit of unconsciously touching your face, or if you just rub your skin because it's itchy, it can disrupt your skin's texture and stimulate the production of melanin. .
Washing your face is a series of irritations for your skin! Splashing hot water or water vigorously, scrubbing, etc. may be the most stimulating part of the day.
It's fine if it's a good stimulus, but in order to avoid unnecessary irritation, it's important to use the foam as a cushion and move only the foam while washing.
In other words, if you can wash your face with foam so thick that you don't have to use a foaming net or touch your hands directly to your skin, then your face washing method passes the test.
It's not that it's better to use a foaming net or not, but that the point is whether you can create a lather that won't irritate your skin.
Another thing to keep in mind is that foam is inversely proportional to dirt. When a soap solution encounters dirt, it exhibits a surfactant effect, peeling off the dirt and enveloping it, and the surface active power is lost accordingly.
This can be measured by the amount of bubbles and the strength of the bubbles.
A large amount of soap or detergent will be slimy and create a lot of foam. This is because it has high surface activity and can still hold a lot of dirt.
Once the bubbles have dried up, the amount of dirt on your skin has exceeded the cleaning power of the soap. In such a case, wash it twice or add soap to give it enough cleaning power to thoroughly remove the dirt.
Actually, I wanted to talk about the rinsing part, but you're probably tired. I'll do it next time.
Thank you for reading to the end today!
see you!
