Hello.
No foundation, Milobina, and Manager Nonko are always welcome.
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation gradually intensifies from a little before the cherry blossoms bloom, and peaks in May.
As you probably know, UV rays are strongest in the summer, so why May?
Have you ever thought that?
Spring UV protection | Why UV levels are surprisingly high
This is because there are two types of ultraviolet rays, and UVA rays peak in May.
UVB is a strong type of ultraviolet radiation that can cause irritation, so we naturally try to be careful about it.
UVA rays are a type of ultraviolet radiation that is present even in winter, but they don't cause much irritation.
Therefore, when spring arrives and the sunshine becomes warmer and more pleasant, it's easy to forget that you need to be so careful, and you end up being harmed by ultraviolet rays without even realizing it—that's the power of spring UV rays.
Even though the sunlight may be gentle, it's actually best to take proper precautions against UV rays; that's what UV protection is all about in spring.
When it comes to protecting yourself from UV rays in the spring, it's not just about using sunscreen; it's also very important to take care of the condition of your skin itself.
Creating skin that is resistant to UV rays | Another approach to UV protection
In spring, it's important to use sunscreen with a PA++ rating or higher to protect against both UVB and UVA rays.
It's also important to keep in mind that sunscreen isn't a miracle cure.
To put it very simply, sunscreen works by creating a barrier that physically prevents UV rays from reaching the skin.
Defensive.
However, unlike concrete walls, if too little is applied, or if it is rubbed, or if you sweat, or if more than two to three hours pass, gaps can form and ultraviolet rays can penetrate through them.
Furthermore, dry skin reduces the adhesion of sunscreen, which in turn causes cracks in the sunscreen's barrier, diminishing its UV protection effect.
So, wouldn't it be better to prepare your skin to minimize the damage it sustains from UV rays, in other words, to make it more resistant to UV radiation?
That's one way of thinking.
Mirobina contains such high levels of sesamin, sesamol, and super vitamin E that crystals sometimes settle at the bottom.
We utilize beauty sesame oil, which has high antioxidant properties.
Next time, I'll talk in detail about how sesame oil can help protect against UV rays and how to use it effectively.
see you!
