Each one has a story
Hello. This is Nonko, the store manager of Mirobina.
Mirobina carries original products that you can't buy anywhere else, as well as carefully selected natural items that you can also buy elsewhere.
Each of these products has a story behind its creation and sale, and we thought that sharing these stories would help convey our feelings, so we introduced them in our email newsletter.
Here, I'd like to share an excerpt from our email newsletter from that time, telling you about our first encounter with these products.

Girls really do love pink!
Even though I was rough around the edges as a child and feared by boys who called me things like "Boy!" and "Girl Boss!", I'm still a girl after all. I actually love pink~~~~(#^.^#)
My first encounter with the foaming Venus Soap, which would later become a huge hit, went something like this.
To be honest, the moment I saw this color and this round shape, I immediately thought, "I want to sell this!"”
I remember my heart aching with excitement! Because it's just so cute! (^O^)/
How is the user experience...?
And then, with great excitement, I tried using it...
Da-da!
Since discovering Super Luxury Soap, my skin has become much healthier, but perhaps because my skin has gotten used to the soap, there are days when it's not as smooth, and I feel like my skin isn't quite in top condition.
This soap brought me joy and delight!

For those of you who are thinking that, yes, that's right, I have a personality that gets easily hooked, so when I think "Wow, this is it!?" I get excited right away and I get more enthusiastic than most people (#^.^#)
Anyway, let's put that aside for now.
The lathering is great! But
This soap lathers more abundantly and finely than luxury soaps or Roslin soaps. Gently swirl the rich lather created with a foaming net around your face, moving only the foam itself. Then rinse.
After just one use, my skin still doesn't feel as oily or tight between my eyebrows as it used to.
Oh, I got something!
Okay, let's wash it one more time.
Hmm? It still feels a bit puffy rather than refreshed... I looked in the mirror and lightly rubbed my cheeks,

The old dead skin cells are coming off!
I've been washing my face thoroughly every day, but there was still some left!? My whole face felt like it had shed its skin, and for the first time in a long time, my skin is super smooth!
That made me so happy! ♪♪♪

Wrinkles and blackheads in pores
Let me ask you this right away: Do you know why wrinkles form?

How do blackheads form in pores?
Just because your skin is oily doesn't mean you should try to keep it light and refreshing.
Oily areas like the T-zone can surprisingly lack moisture and feel dry.
In response to that signal, your skin will secrete even more sebum!
Concerned about that, I used oil-blotting paper to quickly remove both moisture and oil!
Just when I thought I was getting rid of all that oil, even more sebum started to be produced, and it was like a flood...
Your pores will become completely open.

These dead skin cells fall into the pores and mix with sebum, forming white clogs.
It gradually turns black and hardens due to oxidation and drying, and the blockage becomes incredibly difficult to remove...

So, having discovered its amazing skin-beautifying effects, I decided to interview the manufacturer directly!
"What is it about this soap that makes it so good!?"
"So, it's astaxanthin, astaxanthin."
The Power of Astaxanthin
Astaxanthin...? This is a precious extract obtained from algae that float in the ocean, where intense ultraviolet rays pour down. Apparently, the red color of crabs and salmon (fish) is also due to astaxanthin.
Astaxanthin is an incredibly powerful ingredient that is 1000 times more effective at preventing oxidation than vitamin C! That's why it has such a high anti-aging effect when we use it.
It's also an ingredient used in skincare products for people with sensitive skin, those prone to skin problems, and those with atopic dermatitis.
And this extract is bright red! That's why Venus Soap is pink! We don't add any synthetic dyes. It's the natural color of the skin-beautifying ingredients.
The power of talc
"Also, I've succeeded in perfecting the talc formula. It's really difficult to incorporate into soap, you know."
Talc is made of ultra-fine particles. It gently exfoliates away old dead skin cells, leaving your skin smooth.
Also, the lather of Venus Soap has a somewhat sticky texture, and this is thanks to talc. The ultra-fine particles help create a fine lather, making it easy to create a lot of creamy foam that feels good on the skin.
Now I understand why my skin was so smooth.
Next, we'll give it a name.
So, what should we name it...?
Beautiful Peach Soap. This sounds like it contains peach ingredients. Rejected. Beautiful Skin Soap. Hmm... it's kind of... like saying my headache hurts.
Oh, a soap that will make you as beautiful as Venus, for a more attractive you, just like Venus! Something like that...
The color matches my image, so I've decided! I'll go with "Venus Soap".
In the end, I made the final decision based on my own judgment and biases m(__)m, but then the manufacturer requested, "It lathers really well, so we'd like you to include 'lathering' in the name," and so it ultimately became "Lathering Venus Soap."

Aromatic Life Magic Soap hadn't released any new products for almost two years.
Apparently, stores usually release new products one after another.
Even so, I was a housewife until recently.
Up until now, we've continued selling Super Luxury Soap and Roslyn Soap (which was a powder type at the time; it's now discontinued). That's because we thought they were such good products that these alone would be enough.
Perhaps because of that situation, I made a reservation for "Venus Soap" in advance, but as soon as reservations opened,
Reservations are pouring in like crazy!
All 300 units sold out in no time, leaving the manufacturer in a panic!
I remember the shop, which was much smaller than it is now, being absolutely swamped with activity...
Thanks to your support, we've achieved the #1 spot in Rakuten's weekly rankings for several consecutive weeks!
As I had anticipated (?), this soap became a hit with customers, leading to a surge in repeat purchases and consistently ranking number one on Rakuten.
She has become incredibly popular. Wow, Venus Soap is really on the path to glory.
While it's not as popular as it once was, especially with the emergence of sesame soaps and other similar products, it still enjoys a strong following.
