I'm an indoor person who loves nature. I spend my days thinking about skin care, diet, health, and the Earth.

The main purpose of this trip to Sri Lanka is to collect the natural ingredients of sesame cream, 🐝 wild bee honeycomb and beehives,

My goal was to meet the Vedda people, the forest people of Sri Lanka.

The wild beehives freshly harvested here are packed with honey.

But this isn’t easy to get.

Although it was omitted in the video, we walked through the jungle for about 15 to 20 minutes, drenched in sweat.

When we finally reached the hole in the tree, he said, "I found these yesterday," and showed me where to pick them.

However···

For some reason, it wasn't there today.

The Vedda people were also concerned and offered to go and look for us, saying they would look elsewhere, but I felt bad about that too, so I declined this time.

They looked a little scary, but they were very calm and kind people.

By the way, depending on the season, they sometimes go all the way to the cliffs to collect these beehives. It's a life-risking thing!!

That alone makes it valuable.

The beehive and honey produced here are of high quality and very valuable, and are only given to select individuals.
