Hello. I'm Hideko, in charge of web and shipping for the beautiful natural brand Milobina.
This time, I would like to write about it under the title "Private Milobina Life (Weekday Edition)". (lol)
The other day, new staff members Sachiko and Maki decided to write a blog, and we asked each other, ``What should we write?'' and ``How should we write it?''
That's why we talked about blogs and products, and once again, I use Milobina products quite a lot. I realized that.
So, let's start with blog topics♪
My morning and Milobina
Well, this is my daily life as a 50+ year old.
Wake up at 6:30 in the morning. I'm a light sleeper so my movements are slow. But if I don't wake up (crying).
When I wake up after a hard day, the first thing I do is drink a glass of water. Apparently drinking plain water is actually a good idea. But water. It's tap water. (lol)
and,supplement nettleand drinks chaste tree.
Nettle has been working diligently since this spring to manage his health. Because I want to have an easy time next spring.
So, we are still observing the progress.
Feels soft♪
Chest Tree started to feel menopausal...
It gets hot when you're alone. Even though I'm cold...
This is the hot flash I heard about! And I climbed the stairs to adulthood (lol).
Since it is a liquid tincture, I put it in commercially available capsules and drink it. (Usually dissolved in water and drunk)
I am drinking this and I can feel the change.
The number of hot flashes per day has decreased and the intensity of the heat has decreased.
Originally, I would suddenly feel hot and sweaty, but I stopped going until I started sweating.
“It’s hot!” becomes a soft “hot!” level. I feel quite at ease.
morning oil and toenails
This time on the little toe nailtea tree essential oilAdd it just a little bit.
The nail on my little finger is really thick and turning white. Is it nail fungus? I thought so, but it didn't interfere with my daily life, so I left it alone.
I read about tea tree essential oil online so I decided to give it a try. (Milobina only states that it has "high antibacterial activity")
This is a change, but is it a good change? Is it a bad change? I'm still having trouble figuring it out, so I'm thinking of continuing a little longer.
morning heel care
Finally, it's time for facial care.
After that, I do housework. After finishing the housework, prepare to go to work.
Wash your face with sesame soap. The sesame oil you apply in the morning is also refreshing♪
After that, push Getto no Izumi 20 times! I also use Getto Snow Beautiful Skin Gel, Sesame Oil, and since it's winter I also use Sesame Cream.
At this time, I also apply it on my neck and nape. As a daily sun protection.
Also, I've heard that the neck is the place that shows your age the most, so I'm not just casually saying this, but I'm being serious about it.
Depending on how you use it, the effect will be different...
Since I started using the morning oil, my nostrils have become cleaner. I am deeply moved. I look forward to seeing the particles in my nostrils become less noticeable every morning.
Also, 20 pumps of Getto Izumi lotion.
Previously, it was 7 pushes, so it's tripled, and the decrease is extremely rapid...
I'm thinking that the smile lines that I was worried about before are getting shallower. So, I've gotten into the mood and am now applying Getto no Izumi on my forehead in order to thin out the three wavy lines on the sides of my forehead.
Your forehead will soon become less noticeable and you will be able to enjoy your mornings even more. (lol)
I'd like to take it easy, but that doesn't happen and I end up busy doing housework.
Finally, it's time for a relaxing bath.
I wash my face at night in the bath. Wash your face with a generous amount of lather. Sesame soap is good, but I also like the refreshing feeling of luxury stone soup with charcoal.
Also, I wash my body luxuriously with stone soap. At first, is it a waste? That's what I thought, but surprisingly it doesn't decrease, so it's a good value for money. I noticed this and have been using it without hesitation lately.
After taking a bath, I applied another 20 pumps of Getto Izumi lotion. Once in a while, I'll do Ooi Getto.
Then, like in the morning, cleanse with sesame oil, Getto Snow Skin Gel, and sesame cream.
As the weather gets colder and the skin gets drier, Getto's Izumi lotion will also leave a refreshing glow on areas that tend to get itchy, like your shins.
At the end of the day, nettle and chest tree. And good night.
My day ends like this.
