Changing the settings on my iPhone made my skin look better.

Hello.

No foundation, Milobina, and Manager Nonko are always welcome.

It's been quite a while since my last post,
(I'm out of energy...)

Recently, the staff at Milobina have been doing more and more of my work, so I have more free time.

Maybe it's because I've always loved writing,

(I feel like writing something, I want to write a blog!) So I'm writing it now (lol).

Smartphones are scary

So, today's topic is smartphones. Like you all (?), I'm quite addicted to my smartphone...or so I thought.

It's not so much during work, but after dinner, perhaps because I want to relieve the tension from working hard, I enjoy lounging around in the kotatsu and browsing social media.

But every day it goes beyond that...

I know this, but I can't stop. I'm addicted to my smartphone.

Even though I knew that smartphones would cause blemishes and reduce the quality of my sleep, I still couldn't help but look at them, and I ended up keeping my smartphone by my hand until late at night every night.

The next morning your skin will be different

I was confused so I checked the settings on my phone.

Then I discovered that there is a setting that allows you to set a time period during which all apps except for important ones can be used!

So I decided to take the plunge and not allow people to use their smartphones between 10pm and 7am.

first day.

A video of a clever border collie running over in an instant when called from afar, and locals slipping and sliding around in a frozen city.

Or I would endlessly look at threads posts about people getting angry at their useless husbands (which is fun), but I was forced to stop at 10pm.

I had no choice but to take a relaxing bath and then go to bed safely with my cute cat.

next morning.

Because it's completely different!

Arms, neck, shoulders, eyes.

Everything is light...!

And continue that for a week.

My skin is smoother than ever before! Even my mother has told me a couple of times that my skin has become clearer.

I think I'm getting more sleep and the quality of my sleep has improved. As I wrote in my previous blog, sleep is the most important thing for beautiful skin, so I'm glad I was able to improve that aspect.

I'm happy that my skin looks different in the videos I take for social media.

Smartphones were more of a burden than expected

Smartphones are incredibly convenient and have become an indispensable part of our lives, but they're more like computers than phones.

So, first of all, it's heavy.

Unlike flip-top cell phones, they're not designed with making phone calls in mind.

I have always had pain in my left arm, and it has been particularly bad in the last few years, so I thought it was because I was using the computer too much.

I think the pain was probably worsened by supporting and holding the smartphone in my left hand for long periods of time.

I think that strain on the eyes, electromagnetic waves, and blue light also have an impact, but this experience made me clearly realize that smartphones put a greater strain on our bodies than we realize.

I will share here the settings I used to reduce the burden on my iPhone, so please feel free to use it as a reference.

Yes, my life has changed!

Here are the four I have set up:

Settings > Screen Time > Downtime

Settings > Screen Time > App Limits

Settings > Screen Time > Always Allowed

Settings > Screen Time > Screen Distance

So, I hope this was helpful.
