Supplements
Currently, we have ``Nettle'', ``Chest Tree'', ``Sleep'', ``Feverfew (Natsushiro)'',
And those are the ones I wrote about in my previous blog.
There was also ``Spring Support'' and last year, ``Inner Support.''
As the name suggests, ``Spring Support'' is a ``spring helper'' (lol), and I carry it around in my pill case during the pollen season. It's not a medicine, so it doesn't make you sleepy, which is really helpful.
Is "inner support" a "helper from within"? It seems to be good to drink in winter. This year, due to the influence of the coronavirus, it was difficult to get items in stock, and when they did arrive, people kept buying them, saying, "I've been waiting!"
Everyone has been waiting for it. I also purchased it after everyone's purchases had calmed down.
When my son, who doesn't suffer from hay fever, wakes up in the morning with a stuffy nose, he immediately says, ``I don't want to drink underwear.''
Then, there are times when I say, ``I understand,'' and times when I say, ``Today's fine,'' but I wonder if they judge for themselves whether or not it's necessary. I think it's important to be able to drink it anytime. Both I think.
Essential oil edition
I currently have 3 essential oils.
"Cold Relief" is currently active. I put a few drops on my mask several times a day. It has a refreshing scent that helps clear the nose and throat, and for me, it relieves my cough.
One day, I came up with the idea of taking an aroma bath. I just put a few drops in the bath, but it has the same effect as a mask, and the relaxing bath makes me feel relaxed.
I use tea tree essential oil morning and night. I also wrote about it in the weekday edition, but is the thickness of the pinky toe a sign of athlete's foot? I am continuing to work hard every day. We are still monitoring the progress.
The last one is "Awakening Blend". I was interested because it sells well. It says "de-tox", but for some reason it's an alarm clock. I'm also curious about this (lol).
When I asked the president, he said, ``It's good for swelling,'' so I take it in the bath. However, I realized that I wasn't swollen, but rather that I was getting a little chubby, so I don't know what the effect is (lol).
But after all, an aroma bath feels good at the end of the day. There is an effect!
Aroma spray edition
Citrus magic orange, lemon and lime. There are 3 types.
I'm very disappointed that Lime has been discontinued. It has appeared many times, but I bought it for my son's sleep rhythm that tends to get disrupted.
Orange when I sleep. Refresh yourself with a lemon or lime when you wake up. I use them differently. Of course, there are times when I can't wake up, but at those times, it comforts me when I feel a little depressed. (lol)
I also love the Respiration and Cold Relief sprays. Both are sprayed on masks.
It helps me change my mood♪

Bought for my daughter who has sensitive skin. My daughter uses this and that.
In the winter, I apply Mother to Be all over my body after taking a bath. Actually, I don't like the scent, but my daughter says, "It's okay!" I have a strong negative reaction to the scent of moon peach, though.
I've never used the best-selling tea tree cream in my home, but seeing how it's selling so quickly, I think it's really effective. I feel that.
Fresh's products are made with great attention to ingredients and effects. I guess the company's attitude is linked to the trust and effectiveness of its products. That's what I feel.
