Hello! I am Kigawa, representative of Bi Natural Co., Ltd.
At Milobina, we place great importance on washing your face with bar soap. Today, I would like to think about how to wash your face to make it truly beautiful.
So, today is the 4th part.
Until now,
1) Wash your face twice a day, once in the morning after you wake up and once in the evening after spending the day.
2) Use bar soap. Facial cleansing foams and gels can irritate your skin.
3) Even if you are concerned about your pores, please do not use any type of cleansing product that is called deep cleansing.
4) Lather thoroughly and rinse thoroughly so that no cleaning ingredients remain.
In the middle of the process, I explained in detail the process of lathering and washing, including why.
I think I've learned quite a few tips for washing my face so far. There may be some of you who feel that your skin has become much more beautiful than it was yesterday.
I would be very happy if that were the case!
This time, the continuation
4) Rinse thoroughly so that no cleaning ingredients remain.
5) Use a soft towel that will not irritate your skin as much as possible. Also, it does not contain fabric softeners or fragrances.
I will explain the two in detail. This will be the perfect cleansing face wash!
So, I would like to start right away.
Wash as many times as necessary with good soap and lather.
With just this, there are still a few techniques missing in order to improve the texture of your skin, which tends to be disturbed, and create a facial cleansing method that will lead to beautiful skin.
First, the temperature of the hot water.
What you should be careful about is that you should wash it at a lower temperature than now. Most people are
I'm sure you're using hot water at a temperature that makes you think it's warm, but that's probably too hot.
When the temperature is high, more soap dissolves, foaming becomes better, and cleaning power increases, which has some benefits, but your skin is surprisingly sensitive to hot water, and your own moisturizing ingredients will be washed away.
"Then why don't you make sure to moisturize afterwards?"
It's natural to think that, but there is actually a surprising fact about the greatness of human beings.
Natural Moisturizing Factors (MMF), which are natural moisturizing factors that we create and secrete ourselves, actually have a stronger moisturizing power than any other moisturizing ingredient.
Natural moisturizing factors are a mixture of various moisturizing ingredients, but the most famous one is hyaluronic acid. It is famous for its strong moisturizing power. It is also often included in moisturizing cosmetics.
There is actually a difference in moisturizing power between the hyaluronic acid that you make yourself and the one that is extracted from something else.
Surprisingly, hyaluronic acid, which we ourselves produce, is much more powerful at moisturizing our skin! Amazing, myself!
The same can be said for other natural moisturizing factors such as ceramides and amino acids, so it is better to take care of your own moisturizing ingredients as much as possible.
In order to maintain natural moisturizing factors (MMF) as much as possible, use a lower temperature of water when washing your face.
A good guideline is a little lower than your body temperature. When I touch it with my hand, it's ``warm'' but I don't like it, and I think ``it's not cold, but it's not warm either.''
That's surprisingly low. It feels better when it's warm, but please change your mind to moisturize your skin.
Another thing is how to apply hot water to your face.
This also feels good so I don't want to stop doing it, but showering directly on your face is one of the main reasons why natural moisturizing factors are washed away!
It feels really good to take a hot shower on your face when you're tired, but if you keep doing this method, you'll end up with a lot of wrinkles.
If you can think of one, please change it to a gentler method starting tonight.
When rinsing in the shower, it is OK to use a weaker water flow. At the same time, when rinsing, don't rub your skin too much just because you want to rinse quickly. Not only is it irritating, it also causes natural moisturizing factor (NMF) to be washed out.
Just making this a habit will make a big difference in how moisturized your skin feels after taking a bath.
Now that we've mentioned the word rinsing, I would like to talk a little more deeply about rinsing.
I've finally gotten this far in washing my face, and now I just have to wash it off, so what do you think? Can you wash off the face wash you use quickly?
Is there anything left on your skin after washing it off? Even if soap is good for your skin, if soap ingredients remain on your skin, it can cause skin irritation, so be sure to thoroughly wash away any suds that may have accumulated on your neck and chin.
Also, facial cleansers containing synthetic surfactants cannot properly rinse your face. The characteristic of soap is that it foams easily and does not leave any trace of the ingredients on your skin.
In particular, the more carefully made and high-quality soap contains moisturizing ingredients, the soap ingredients will be rinsed off quickly and your skin will feel refreshed and refreshed after washing.
However, synthetic surfactants are irritating to the skin and easily enter the body, accumulating without being broken down...this is not the only problem.
Even after rinsing 10 or 20 times, it doesn't wash off and remains on your skin because of its stickiness. As an aside, most toothpastes use synthetic surfactants, which remain no matter how many times you rinse. I haven't used that kind of toothpaste for years because it's scary.
If you rinse your skin too many times, important natural moisturizing factors will wash away, and irritants will remain on your skin (and penetrate into your body), so if you use it for a long time, It can also cause atopic dermatitis, eczema, age spots, wrinkles, and enlarged pores.
If you use face wash or body soap
"It doesn't feel tight after washing."
"Even after rinsing, it stays slippery and has a moisturizing effect."
If you thought so, unfortunately you were completely wrong. All that was left was the synthetic surfactant.
[Use high-quality natural soap and wash thoroughly with lukewarm water in a short time]
This is a simple but best way to cleanse your face for your skin, your health, and the environment.
Finally, how to wipe your face after rinsing.
5) Use a soft towel that will not irritate your skin as much as possible. Also, it does not contain fabric softeners or fragrances.
That being said, your skin is sensitive to irritation, and even if you don't rub it, just using a hard towel can stimulate melanin and make it easier to get dark spots.
Use a soft, fine-grained, highly absorbent towel and gently press it against your skin to absorb the moisture.
Do not scrub or move the towel left, right, up and down!
If you always wipe your face with the thin, hard towels you get at hot springs, I think it would be a good idea to treat yourself to a new soft towel.
Recently, towels specifically designed for the face have also appeared, which I think is really great for Milibina. If it becomes natural to wipe your face with a facial towel, more people may have beautiful skin.
Lastly, avoid using fabric softeners or detergents with strong artificial fragrances. Your towels may be fluffier, but fabric softeners can coat the fibers and irritate your skin.
Artificial fragrances are chemical ingredients unknown to humans. The chemical components of the scent adhere to your skin with the towel, and the scent molecules are light so they can be blown away.
Since you breathe it in through your nose and take it into your body, it is a substance that is more problematic for your body than you think. Some people may suddenly develop allergies after many years if they use it for a long time. I hope you will get into the habit of using natural scents as much as possible, as it is hardwired into our DNA and we know how to deal with them.
This concludes the information on how to wash your face to make it beautiful. Also, whenever I get the latest information or find new ideas, I hope to update the blog and upgrade the content.
The theory is quite long, but the methods are simple and hassle-free. I hope you have beautiful skin!
see you.
