What were the motivations behind the creation of Mirobina, and why did they end up with skincare products made from natural ingredients?<\/p>\n

Hello.
Hi, this is Nonko, the shop manager of Bi-Natural (formerly Aromatic Life Magic Soap) (*^_^*)<\/p>

Now then!<\/p>

This is the story of how I came to open my Aromatic Life Magic Soap (now called Mirobina).<\/p>

Last time, I was a beauty consultant for a French skincare brand, selling products while providing skin consultations at various department stores.<\/p>

If the cream costing \u00a54,200 doesn't work,
I recommend a high-grade cream costing around 20,000 yen (^^;),
However, it's still not good, so in the end...
My job was to get people to buy a 50,000 yen intensive 1-week beauty serum... (;\u309c\u309c)<\/p>

I told them about the kind of work it was.<\/p>

At the time, I was diligently selling the products, truly believing it was for the sake of my customers' skin!<\/p>

Because I sold with that mindset, even when customers bought expensive cosmetics, they almost always left with smiles on their faces, full of hope and anticipation, looking very happy.<\/p>

At that time,
"I did a good thing!" "They understood me!"
I remember that feeling of satisfaction very well (^^)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mind control?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

So... when they come back the following month and I see that their skin hasn't changed much, I'm shocked. (Oh no, they spent 50,000 yen on my products...)<\/p>

But even so, since it's my company's cosmetics and I completely believe in their effectiveness and benefits,<\/p>

"This product is ineffective!"<\/p>

That thought never crosses my mind at all.<\/p>

Looking back now, it might be an exaggeration, but it could have been a form of mind control.<\/p>

Even when dealing with people who don't see any effect from the product day after day, they don't question its effectiveness, and this means the entire company doesn't question it either.Unless you're a real oddball, you wouldn't notice.<\/mark>That was the kind of world it was.<\/p>

The president was a very gorgeous and charismatic woman who was completely smitten with this cosmetic product, so there was virtually no atmosphere of doubt among the employees below her.<\/p>

Everyone admired the CEO, and there might have been a subconscious feeling that using the company's cosmetics would make them as gorgeous as her.<\/p>

Well, believing is important, but it's also scary. If you have enough enthusiasm and trust, even if it's just wishful thinking, you can get someone to spend 50,000 yen, or even 500,000 yen...<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I feel something is off... Is the customer to blame?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All of my fellow beauty consultants have bumpy skin, and when they take off their foundation, they're covered in blemishes.<\/p>

(Maybe our cosmetics aren't working?)<\/p>

No one thinks that.<\/p>

As proof of this, everyone would buy tons of products during the twice-yearly employee sales, and even during their lunch break, they'd use them to completely remove their foundation, do a thorough skincare routine from scratch, and reapply foundation, all while looking like they were having a great time...<\/p>

Not knowing or noticing is a grave sin. Mind control can spread further, and because of our strong enthusiasm, we made our customers believe that their skin or skincare methods were bad and that they needed to buy more products and try harder.<\/p>

The truth is, it's just that the cosmetics we're selling are no good, or that the beauty consultants' knowledge is wrong...<\/p>

...Something's not right! It's strange that customers who trust us so much aren't happy... Hmm...<\/p>

Working in that all-female environment, I, probably being considered a bit of an eccentric, eventually realized the obvious: it wasn't the customers' skin that was the problem, but the cosmetics we were selling...<\/p>

And then, suddenly, the day of retirement arrives.<\/p>
